About Richmond Hill Condominiums

Richmond Hill Condominiums is a private community, founded in 2004 by 

R.A. Daddario Builders Inc., and is located in northeastern Connecticut in the town of Putnam.  

Our homeowners' association was established in February 2005.  The Board of Directors is elected by the members of the homeowners' association to both manage and lead our community in partnership with our property management service provider--Residential Management of Enfield, CT.

Richmond Hill Condominium Association adheres to all applicable state laws of Connecticut (www.cga.ct.gov/2011/pub/chap828.htm), our approved association by-laws, rules adopted by our Board of Directors, and is governed by Robert's Rules of Order.
